Our skin is fragile, we need to care for it more and more. The neglect is what has brought us to where we are today. Maintaining a good and healthy body is a good way to live. I see people that value what others think of them than what they think of themselves. They try to impress people by tampering with nature's rich quality. A man with a skin of multiple colours, it's such a shame. Let's take good care of our body, it is all to our benefit.
