They say no man is an island of knowledge, a nation too cannot have it all. So the issue of foreign affairs is a vital one and also necessary for growth both individually and collectively. There is a need for communication with others like yourself beyond the borders you give yourself.
Anything foreign has to do with outside a country, that is international. Beyond a geopolitical area marked as a territory for a group of persons, so moving from such area you deal with others outside the area. Whatever you are dealing with is not the focus but the border pass is. I'm trying to shed light on the meaning of a foreign affair beyond country but also an individual can also have a foreign affair, same for a group of persons.
