Do blue zone still exist? I thought it was an hearsay, I wouldn't want to imagine that some persons are blessed with longevity while others are not. And the worst part is that they are located in a similar geographical location, as in like the location is blessed with abundant blessings of longevity. Longevity is a blessing for some, a lot of folks crave it so much but I see it as a curse sometimes, having to see most your friends and family die in front of you, worst of all is if you are the last man standing. After all said and done, I think this issue is a personal one because we all do not have the same desires, some pray for longevity, others don't!
