Sleep is a natural thing, you can't cheat it's time or else there will be consequences. And it's a good thing because it is all for our help, the body needs rest in other to function and the body will force itself to rest eventually if not permitted, so a little bit of advice, don't stress yourself fighting sleep, just go to sleep. I remember as a kid when we have bed time, and we will want to stay awake with the adults to watch TV and all, but we cannot, we now get to force ourselves to sleep since it wasn't our desire. Go to sleep, you need it!
