In the kingdom of Alban, there lived a little Princess, who was beautiful, inside and out. Herbetta was known for her compassionate heart which made her to be loved by all, but she has been a very sickly child, from the day she was born.
The king and queen had invited numerous doctors from across the globe to try and find a cure for her ailment, but all was to no avail.
One day, while exploring the outskirts of the royal gardens, she encountered a feeble old woman struggling with her walking stick. Ignoring the advice of her maidens to keep a safe distance from the strange old woman, Herbetta approached with empathy, offering assistance.
Emotionally moved by the princess's genuine kindness, the old woman revealed her identity as a mystical healer, who was testing the kingdom's future ruler. She spoke of a potent and rare elixir that could cure ailments, even Herbetta's.
But it could only be found in the heart of the Lliam Forest, with a lot of risks enumerated. The King and Queen were very happy that there was at last a cure in sight, for their lovely daughter.
Their hope was rekindled once again.
The old woman volunteered to travel across the treacherous seas to get the herbs for the elixir and promised to return in seven days. She refused the protection of the king and his soldiers.
Amidst Faith and undying hope, the people waited. The old woman came back with the magical herb at the time promised. There was much jubilation and hope from the people of the kingdom who silently prayed for the healing of their Princess, she had fallen into another spell of sickness.
The old woman used the herb to brew a very potent elixir.
Unknown to the Royal family, the old woman's actual identity was a benevolent spirit who had heard of the Little Princess's kindness to all, despite her ailing condition and had come to bring healing to the kingdom's young ruler.
As a reward for Herbetta's selfless actions, the spirit infused the elixir with extraordinary healing powers.
When the Princess consumed the elixir, the illness that had plagued her began to recede, and vitality returned to her weakened body, she was restored to good health.
And the News of her miraculous recovery spread throughout the kingdom and beyond, filling everyone with awe and immense joy.
This is indeed a unique story of the power of kindness, even in the face of adversity.
