In our tedious and complicated day to day life and I am referring to the fulfillment of work and family activities make us feel some physical and mental exhaustion. However, it is important to create a routine that allows us to exercise, practice a sport to take care of our health and improve our emotional condition.

Having a routine to go to practice and be physically active is an opportunity offered by the multiple urban spaces, for example in my city there is an enabled track that is used for exercise.

We should focus on learning a sport and coordinate a space to dedicate time to exercise, this will add wellness not only for our body and emotions, but will add a positive family environment.
