The Look Of A Feel, #3: Sadness

One in a series of brief musings, commenting on the way my friend physically manifests certain emotions. Written with fellow ADHDers in mind.

Sadness - She walked slowly down the street, her head bowed low, her shoulders slumped. The look on her face brought a sense of comfort to most… The ones who didn't know how it felt to wear that face. Sadness has a way of making nothing else matter, evident by the residency she'd taken up in her own little world for the morning. Oblivious to the people around her. Her hands were stuffed deep into her pockets. Her face was expressionless. She was a person weighed down by a load growing in size with every each passing step.
