I've had some thoughts about life lately particularly about weariness and struggles, and every single one of us is berating ourselves for it. It is a thing. The constant bombardment of bad news, sad news online and offline has a huge impact. Add this to the current state of humanity as a whole for dealing with all these drops if we aren't in a rested state.

Figuring out how to relinquish things we have no control over, making sure to take profound purging breaths and attempting to stay calm and focused as possible may be essential in carrying on with a sensible life. When we get insane and overpowered, all the bad simply intensifies. It muffles the possibilities, the gifts and the blessings we have. We get pounded and depleted. We work ourselves into the ground, we go around aimlessly and end up turning out to be so anxious and we get precisely nowhere. We should be in every way aware of taking some emotional well-being breaks when we really need them.

It is so easy sometimes to never feel sufficient. Battling to sort out how you matter in a world so predominantly tremendous, and keeping in mind that you may not be aware, yet, what that something you have inside is, believe that it's there. You do matter. We all do. Even if the inner voices are telling you otherwise, accept it and believe it. For it is inside your battles a strength like no other is conceived.

Let's all remember our blessings. Shake off the pressure and let's so some soul cleansing and value what we have at this very moment.
