AnB is one of reputable companies in the country. It specialises in the manufacture of cement and other allied matters. Max has been the company's secretary for over ten years. During this length of time he dispatched his duties diligently to the admiration of both management and staff of the company. He won several awards during the company's annual general meetings. Just last year, Max developed a kidney problem. He underwent series of medical treatments and dialysis but his health was failing him. His death shocked the management of AnB so much because they have lost a loyal and decicated servant and getting somebody of his calibre to fill the vacant position left will be an onerous one
