Zapfic microfiction. A 50 word fictional story. Calling the host @felt.buzz

Prompt: Festival

Men are gathered round the burning fire roasting the goats
Occasionally they will throw some banters at some young men
Such is indeed a call to take action
Action to leave single hood - bachelorhood
Some little children are watching from afar
Praying, wishing and hoping that some meat will be passed to them...
The glowing fire added to their ecstasy...

The women, oh, they also were occupied in their own world ... the fire places
Pleasant aroma emanating from that end
They are preparing some local delicacies with which to grace the occasion.

The children, they were also represent
Some perching close to the women and helping with some little errands - fetching the firewood and water
Others hanging around the men folk and enjoying the banters

A young man walks in and is greeted with a thunderous appellations: that's the man of the moment
Our honourable in-law is here
The man flanked with some other young fellows and some elderly folks walks in majestically
Taking his time and counting his steps

Some beaver of girls swarmed around them to welcome the august visitors
Singing and dancing gracefully around them

The meats are ready
The various local delicacies are also ready
The stage is set

The atmosphere is fully charged
The august visitors took their seats
The beaver of girls retreated:
And reappeared with a beautifully dressed damsel
Who gracefully walks around and welcomed all seated
The bride has arrived
The groom and his people are all seated
The traditional marriage is set

It is a matter of time the bride becomes the official wife of the groom
And the delicacies and the palm wine shared to wrap up the occasion

This is typical of an African Traditional Marriage ceremony setting.
