Jim observed a mole on the left hand side of his ear. Initially, he ignored it and thought that maybe it was a mere pimple. But with the passage of time it began to grow and become bigger. The progression was alarming and Jim had to run series of scans to ascertain what it was.
When the results came out, Jim was greatly marvelled. What actually began like a mole progressed to a potential life threatening ailment. It was not just a mole but a cancerous growth! Jim booked a date with his physician for further medical examination.
He was asked to run further scan so as to determine the extend of the growth and how it could be successfully operated upon. The scan was done and result produced. Jim has phobia for sharp objects, knife, blades and what have you. He shrugged at the mention of surgical operations. But that is the only way to take care of the growth.
After several persuasions from friends and relations he went for the surgery and thanks to God it was successfully operated upon.
