But for the elderly and seasoned voters, they're not easily swayed by their numerous promises of "elect me, I know where it pinches" of a campaign. They can tell from afar what a person or candidate posses.

Those ones, to win them over requires a lot of tact and guile. But they constitute the bulk of voters and come what may, you'll always encounter them.
