Series of warnings have been given to drivers of commercial busses but few of them are being regarded.
Does it means that the driving rules are mere words that shouldn't be adhered to?
Yes, we're humans when it comes to obeying some sort of rules but it would be more clear when those rules are broken, leading to losses of lives and properties.
If you drive, don't drink
If you're drinking, don't drive
