Greetings my dear Hive community!!!
Hello my dear #Splinterlands fans!!! π€π
I hope you are having an excellent night. Today I bring you a new post to show you what I created for the Splinterlands Social Media Challenge!!!
This time, I decided to try a card that I had already done an illustration on in the past. I wanted to try -=Twisted Jester=-, a card that I love for its creepy touch. Although my first version was more complete, this time I decided to do a portrait.
For weeks now I've been working on a more complex idea for Twisted Jester, to participate in the Splinterlands art contest. Unfortunately, time has not allowed me to finish it yet. However, I hope to be able to show you a new illustration of this character in the near future.
For now, I leave you with this portrait that I hope you like. Below you will find the images and the video of my creative process, as is my custom in each of my illustrations.
Before you go to see it, I remind you that you can subscribe to my channel so you won't miss any of my creations. πππ

He is not here for your amusement. The Twisted Jester is the Captain of the personal bodyguard for the Lord of Darkness himself. While most Dark Eternals completely forget everything from their living past, the memory of his familyβs slaughter continues to curse and plague him with rage every day.

I made a simple portrait of Twisted. This time I didn't do a sketch beforehand, just some quick sketches with the brush to draw the face. I didn't want something too detailed, but the result worked.
-.-
As time went on, I added more details to the mess I had in the previous step lol, and this is my second time doing this character!!! And in both I've given him a creepy touch since the character requires it; he's a bit evil. π€π«£
-.-
Moving forward in the illustration, I gave him a little more darkness since I wasn't satisfied with the previous step. Some details on the face I changed to make it more defined, although it's not the best I've done, I'm still trying to improve.
-.-
For the background, I wanted to add a backlight that was not so dramatic, but that gave depth and contrast to everything dark that the character had. I chose the color green as it seemed a bit toxic, so it went with the mood.
-.-
The face had several changes, at first I wanted to make a kind of nose, which reminded me of Art the clown's mask (I love him!!!), although this character didn't have a nose, only two holes simulating such a thing. So I decided to remove everything and left only the eye holes and, well, the mouth.
-.-
In the last steps of this portrait, I continued fixing the face since it had some defects from the previous step, so I could see a little better the outline and some other details.
-.-

I finished detailing what was missing and added the background! I also added a little more light to the front of the body. I hope you liked my second version of this same character. I actually have something better in mind for him, but I'll save that for later.
Thanks everyone for the support!!! Good night and see you tomorrow!!! π€πππ΄
