¡Hola Hivers!, Espero estén muy bien y para lo que están de vacaciones la estén pasando en paz y armonía; para los que aún siguen en jornada laboral, que se le esté haciendo amena y sin tanto estrés. En esto días logré ver a alguien muy especial y aquí les relato como fue.

Les cuento que estos días vino mi mamá de visita, ella no vive en mi ciudad sino a 4 horas. Fue una sorpresa, porque ella no me avisó con antelación como suele hacer, sino que me dijo la noche anterior que venía a la ciudad a traer unas carpetas referente a su trabajo, ante sus superiores, cuya oficinas centrales se encuentran aquí en la ciudad donde vivo. Mi mamá trabaja en el centro de salud del pueblo en el que crecí, específicamente en la parte de administrativa, pero todos esos centros de salud se rigen por una sede estadal que es la que rinde cuentas ante el ministerio, por ende ella debe de traer carpetas, resolver los problemas a sus trabajadores en caso de jubilación o cargos, en fin, asuntos de trabajo. Entonces ella me dice que viene, pero que no me vaya a desesperar porque que se va a quedar y se va al otro día muy temprano, me pareció fabuloso porque las veces que ha venido, ha sido por pocas horas y mi hijo se ha quedado con ganas de tener más tiempo a su abuela.

My mother works in the health center of the town where I grew up, specifically in the administrative part, but all these health centers are governed by a state headquarters which is the one that reports to the ministry, therefore she must bring folders, solve the problems of her workers in case of retirement or charges, in short, work matters. So she tells me that she is coming, but that I should not get desperate because she is going to stay and leave very early the next day, I thought it was fabulous because the times she has come, it has only been for a few hours and my son has wanted to have more time with his grandmother.

El día de su llegada me avisó que estaba en el sitio donde la iba a buscar, estuve esperando unos minutos porque aún estaba hablando con unos de sus jefes, al salir del edificio le faltaba entregar otras carpetas más y yo la acompañé hacerlo y luego nos fuimos a casa. Mi hijo ni idea de que si abuela iba, así que para él fue una sorpresa verla. Se encontraba en el cuarto y yo le dije a ella que abriera la puerta y lo saludara. Mi hijo quedó sorprendido hasta se puso a llorar. Mi esposo preparó el almuerzo y nos sentamos todos a comer juntos. Mi hijo no dejaba de hablar con ella y echamos mucha broma. Nos reímos y escuché sus cuentos, me puse al día referente a los demás familiares y los aconteceres del pueblo.

Pasamos la tarde poniéndonos al día, hablamos y nos sentamos en el porche de la casa. Luego nos metimos en el cuarto y estuvimos hasta tarde hablando. Ella se iba al día siguiente y le hicieron saber que era a primera hora y debía estar en el centro de la ciudad. A primera hora le estaba haciendo su desayuno y salimos al centro de la ciudad a esperar a las personas que la iban a pasar buscando, pues resulta que le avisaron que se iban a tardar y aproveché de llevarla a un centro comercial cercano a qué se comprara unas cosas. Ella optó por comprar unos zapatos, unas sandalias y un paquete de bolígrafos para su oficina, íbamos a ir a otra tienda, pero en eso llamaron que venían cerca y decidimos esperar afuera hasta que la pasaron buscando y se fue.

We spent the afternoon catching up, talking and sitting on the porch of the house. Then we went into the bedroom and stayed up late talking. She was leaving the next day and they let her know that it was first thing in the morning and she had to be downtown. First thing in the morning I was making her breakfast and we went downtown to wait for the people who were going to pick her up, it turned out that they told her they were going to be late and I took her to a nearby mall to buy some things. She chose to buy some shoes, sandals and a pack of pens for her office, we were going to go to another store, but then they called that they were coming nearby and we decided to wait outside until they passed by looking for her and she left.

Me encantó muchísimo tener a mi mamá ese rato, paso mucho tiempo sin verla y espero que esté diciembre pueda viajar a pasar las navidades juntas. ¿Ustedes tienen al alguien que extrañen y que quieran ver? O ¿Lograron ver a ese alguien especial?.
