Hello lions, welcome back!
I'm here again to participate in another mission of the event promoted by Leo Finance. This is one of the last missions, and perhaps the one I enjoyed the most.
For this challenge, it was proposed to create a lion that inspires pride. What can inspire more pride than a king? A king who rules his kingdom with justice and prosperity will have the pride of his subjects, and that's what I wanted to portray in this artwork!
Well, a king needs followers just as followers need a leader. How about a king who can also be a warrior? That's where I found the symbolism of the sword, representing the battles that a leader must fight.
Let's go through the process:
Nothing too different from the process used in the previous artworks: first, a rough sketch of what would be done was made. Then, the digitalization began, including the linework and markings. Colors, shadows, and depth were added after the base was completed.

Estou aqui novamente para participar de mais uma missão do evento promovido pelo Leo Finance. Essa é uma das últimas missões, e talvez a que eu mais gostei de fazer.
Foi proposto para esse desafio um leão que inspirasse orgulho. O que pode inspirar mais orgulho que um rei? Um rei que governe seu reino com justiça e prosperidade, terá o orgulho de seu súditos e foi isso que quis retratar nessa arte!
Bem, um rei precisa de seguidores assim como seguidores precisam de um líder. Um rei que possa ser um guerreiro, que tal? Foi onde encontrei a simbologia da espada, que retrata as lutas que um líder deve lutar.
Vamos ao processo:
Nada muito diferente do processo feito nas últimas artes: primeiro foi feio uma base do que iria ser feito. Logo após, foi feita digitalização onde foi iniciado os traços e demarcações. Cores, sombras e profundidade adicionados depois da base ter ficado pronta.
