Hola amigos de esta creativa comunidad, en esta oportunidad vengo a mostrarles un fanart que hice de una de mis películas favoritas de Studio Ghibli "Mi vecino Totoro".
Tenía bastante tiempo sin dibujar por problemas personales, pero hoy decidí llenarme un poco de ánimo y dibujar un poco para desestresarme y escogí esa temática.

Mi vecino Totoro, es una película de animación japonesa escrita por Hayao Miyazaki y producida por Studio Ghibli. Trata de la experiencia de un padre y sus dos hijas que se mundan a una casa cerca del hospital donde tienen internada a su madre con tubérculosis, y entre todo esto, las niñas interactuan al guardián del bosque que es Totoro.

My Neighbor Totoro is a Japanese animated film written by Hayao Miyazaki and produced by Studio Ghibli. It is about the experience of a father and his two daughters who move to a house near the hospital where their mother is hospitalized with tuberculosis, and between all this, the girls interact with the guardian of the forest that is Totoro.
Totoro, es una especie de roedor gigante que cuida los bosques, y sólo lo ven si él lo permite. En la película Mei, ve a los Totoros pequeños, que son de color blanco y los persigue hasta un árbol de alcanfor donde se encuentra el Totoro grande durmiendo, y gracias a sus ronquidos Mei se queda dormida encima de él.
Totoro is a kind of giant rodent that guards the forests, and is only seen if he allows it. In the movie Mei sees the small Totoros, who are white, and chases them to a camphor tree where the big Totoro is sleeping, and thanks to his snoring Mei falls asleep on top of him.
Para realizar este dibujo, utilicé hoja de papel, colores, lápiz HB, lápiz 3B, lápiz 6B, goma de borrar, sacapuntas y un lapicero de gel negro.
To make this drawing, I used a sheet of paper, colors, HB pencil, 3B pencil, 6B pencil, eraser, pencil sharpener and a black gel pen.
Empecé realizando un boceto con el lápiz HB
Luego, con los colores remarque el alrededor con el color que le correspondía a cada parte del dibujo.
I started by making a sketch with the HB pencil.
Then, with the colors I outlined the surrounding area with the color that corresponded to each part of the drawing.
Después coloreé todo, y finalicé agregando detalles con el lapicero de gel negro.
Este fue el resultado, aún me falta muchisíma más practica para mejorar mi forma de dibujar. Pero a me gustó el resultado y siento que poco a poco voy mejorando mi técnica.
Then I colored everything, and I finished adding details with the black gel pen.
This was the result, I still need a lot more practice to improve my drawing. But I liked the result and I feel that little by little I am improving my technique.
