Still playing with cosplay pictures from CollectiveCon a month ago. I admit I’m not an encyclopedia on anime but my kids and girlfriend may well get me there.
This is Tsuyu (Froppy) from My Hero Academia. I am mostly familiar with her because my eldest daughter insists my second daughter is her in both appearance and personality.
Perhaps there is some truth to this claim.
All I know is my girlfriend made for a pretty awesome cosplay of her.
