I am back again with another Vegan Recipe. Today I am going to show you the cooking process of Moringa fruits cooked with Lentils. This is really a super nutritious food. You know guys Moringa leaves, fruits and also flowers can be eaten for there many nutrition value. According to nutritionists, there is no disease that moringa does not act as an antidote. So everyone understands how nutritious this food is for us. I also try to eat moringa leaves and its fruits regularly. Moringa fruit is not always available, only at this time of the year. Since we don't have our own moringa tree, we have to buy its fruit from the market. It's price is quite high in the market. My husband bought some moringa fruits for us yesterday. So today I made this wonderful recipe for you guys.
