Hola de nuevo! Hoy traigo un post muy genial, el cual es una tercera entrega de mi serie de recomendaciones de animes poco conocidos o infravalorados. A lo largo de mi vida he visto demasiados animes, buenos y malos sin distinción de su género, gracias a ello he podido conocer variedad de estilos, géneros, historias y desarrollos. Algunos de estos animes eran muy poco conocidos por la audiencia, no por ser malos, sino porque no tuvieron tanta repercusión como otros animes considerados "legendarios" y esto no los hace malos, sino todo lo contrario.
La idea de seguir recomendando animes poco conocidos me vino a la cabeza ya que así se expanden los horizontes de esta bella y maravillosa industria, la cual tiene infinitas opciones de series para todos los gustos, por eso también recomiendo animes de varios géneros. Recuerden que los gustos son subjetivos y algún anime no sea de tu estilo, y está bien. Haré pequeños resúmenes de cada anime sin spoilers.
Hello again! Today I come with a very cool post, which is a third installment of my series of recommendations for little known or underrated anime. Throughout my life I have seen too many animes, good and bad without distinction of their genre, thanks to this I have been able to know a variety of styles, genres, stories and developments. Some of these animes were very little known by the audience, not because they were bad, but because they did not have as much repercussion as other animes considered "legendary" and this does not make them bad, but quite the opposite.
The idea to keep recommending little known animes came to my mind since this way the horizons of this beautiful and wonderful industry are expanded, which has infinite options of series for all tastes, that's why I also recommend animes of several genres. Remember that tastes are subjective and some anime is not your style, and that's fine. I will make small summaries of each anime without spoilers.
Mushishi
- Género: Aventura, fantasía.
- Episodios: Primera temporada 26; Segunda temporada 20 + Un especial.
Este anime se remonta en una era en la que parece transición entre lo antiguo a lo moderno, sin perder su esencia de antigua. El protagonista se llama Ginko, el cual quiere conocer sobre unas criaturas que hay en ese mundo llamadas "Mushi", las cuales tienen poderes. Ginko tiene un ojo con el cual puede ver a estas criaturas y atraerlas, sin embargo fuma para ahuyentarlas. Vemos como el personaje pasea sin rumbo con el fin de conocer más de estas criaturas, ya que él es fundamental para analizar pros y contras sobre estas criaturas y conocer las curas o enfermedades que transmiten. Es un buen anime cuyo foco es el protagonista y las criaturas, las cuales son muy interesantes y con amplia gama de desarrollo.
- Gender: Adventure, fantasy
- Episodes: First season 26; Second season 20 + a special.
This anime goes back to an era where it seems to transition from the old to the modern, without losing its ancient essence. The main character is called Ginko, who wants to know about some creatures in that world called "Mushi", which have powers. Ginko has an eye with which he can see these creatures and attract them, however he smokes to scare them away. We see how the character walks around aimlessly in order to know more about these creatures, since he is fundamental to analyze pros and cons about these creatures and to know the cures or diseases that they transmit. It is a good anime whose focus is the protagonist and the creatures, which are very interesting and with a wide range of development.
Konosuba
- Género: Comedia, ecchi, isekai.
- Episodios: Dos temporadas, 10 episodios cada una. (+ 2 OVA)
O también llamado Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo! (un poco largo, sí) gira entorno a Kazuma Sato, una persona apartada de la sociedad (en Japón se le llaman hikikomori) el cual abandonó todo luego de haberse separado de una buena amiga. Un día al salir de comprar, salva a una chica de ser atropellada en la cual parece que murió (y en verdad murió del susto, no fue atropellado). Sin embargo, fue transportado a un universo de fantasía en el cual se le ofrece vivir ahí a cambio de vivir aventuras, luchas y la posibilidad de tumbar al gobernante de ese mundo, el cual es un rey demonio. Vemos a nuestro protagonista aventurarse con otros personajes como Aqua, Megumin y Darkness, entre otros, dándonos muchísimos momentos de risas y elocuencia. Realmente lo recomiendo si tu objetivo es reír y pasar un buen rato.
- Gender: Comedy, ecchi, isekai.
- Episodes: Two seasons, 10 episodes each (+ 2 OVA)
Or also called Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo! (a bit long, yes) it revolves around Kazuma Sato, a person who was separated from society (in Japan they call him hikikomori) who left everything after having been separated from a good friend. One day, when he was out shopping, he saved a girl from being run over, in which it seems that she died (and in truth she died of fright, she was not run over). However, he was transported to a fantasy universe in which he is offered to live there in exchange for adventures, fights and the possibility of overthrowing the ruler of that world, which is a demon king. We see our protagonist adventuring with other characters such as Aqua, Megumin and Darkness, among others, giving us many moments of laughter and eloquence. I really recommend it if your goal is to laugh and have a good time.
Shinsekai Yori
- Género: Drama, ficción, toque de horror.
- Episodios: 25
La trama del anime gira en un entorno post-apocalíptico, muy adelante en el futuro. Los protagonistas son seis: Saki Watanabe. Satoru Asahina, Maria Akizuki, Shun Aonuma, Reiko Amano y Mamoru Itō. Ellos viven en un mundo tranquilo sin tecnología pero con servicios básicos, además, la población heredó poderes telequinéticos que se van desarrollando en la adolescencia. Al ver que hay desapariciones y entre ellos un integrante desaparece, deciden investigar, ahí se topan con una criatura artificial, en donde aprenden las raíces de la humanidad y como resurgieron. Realmente tiene un buen desarrollo, los personajes se van descubriendo a sí mismo y experimentan muchas sensaciones (de hecho, hay escenas yaoi muy bien logradas) y me atrevo a decir que es uno de los animes que más disfruté. Ojalá el estudio A-1 Pictures le hubiese dado más presupuesto a este anime que a SAO, pero bueno.

The anime's plot revolves in a post-apocalyptic environment, far into the future. There are six main characters: Saki Watanabe. Satoru Asahina, Maria Akizuki, Shun Aonuma, Reiko Amano and Mamoru Itō They live in a quiet world without technology but with basic services. In addition, the population inherited telekinetic powers that are developed in adolescence. When they see that there are disappearances and one of their members disappears, they decide to investigate. There they meet an artificial creature, where they learn the roots of humanity and how they resurrected. It really has a good development, the characters are discovering themselves and experience many sensations (in fact, there are very well achieved yaoi scenes) and I dare say that it is one of the anime that I enjoyed most. I wish A-1 Pictures studio had given more budget to this anime than SAO, but well.
Tamako Market
- Género: Comedia, romance vida cotidiana.
- Episodios: 12 (+ Película)
Este anime cortito ha sido uno de los más adorables que he visto. Como el nombre de la serie lo indica, nuestra protagonista es Tamako Kitashirakawa, la cual es hija de un dueño de una pasteleria que hace Mochi (pastel de arroz). Tamako es muy tierna e ingenua, la cual quiere aprender a hacer Mochi, y a su vez se dedica a estar con sus mejores amigas Midori Tokiwa y Kanna Makino. Ella tiene buena relación con los dueños de las otras tiendas vecinas al punto de ser su amiga también, ellos siempre le hacen una celebración por su cumpleaños en vísperas de año nuevo y su amigo Mochikura nunca sabe que regalarle. Un día le llega un mensaje por un ave a Tamako que en resumidas cuentas tiene la misión de buscarle un amor a Tamako, ahí adentra en aventuras y viajes divertidos y muy lindos. Un anime que saca a relucir nuestro lado suavecito y tierno junto a la adorable protagonista.

- Episodes: 12 (+ Movie)
This short anime was one of the most adorable I've ever seen. As the name of the series indicates, our protagonist is Tamako Kitashirakawa, who is the daughter of a bakery owner who makes Mochi (rice cake). Tamako is a very tender and naive girl who wants to learn how to make Mochi, and at the same time is dedicated to being with her best friends Midori Tokiwa and Kanna Makino. She has a good relationship with the owners of the other neighboring stores to the point of being their friend too, they always make her a birthday celebration on New Year's Eve and her friend Mochikura never knows what to get her. One day a message arrives to Tamako about a bird that in short has the mission to find a love for Tamako, there she goes into adventures and fun and very nice trips. An anime that brings out our soft and cute side together with the adorable protagonist.
Baccano
- Género: Acción, romance, fantasía, crimen
- Episodios: 13 (+3 OVA)
Este anime está en mi top 3 de animes favoritos hasta la fecha, ya que contiene muchas cosas que me gusta ver en una serie. Hablar de su argumento es enredado ya que su trama está desordenada, no tiene un solo protagonista y además, hay que verlo para entenderlo. De manera resumida, está ambientada en la década de los 20s, en el cual se habla de un tren donde viajaban alquimistas y ocurrieron diferentes crímenes sangrientos, estos alquimistas pueden obtener el conocimiento de otros alquimistas que están a punto de morir con solo tocar su cabeza, absorbiendo la información, formando una gran cadena que solo dejará a un sobreviviente y comenzarán otra serie de sucesos, todo ocurre en 13 episodios. Todo este argumento es increíblemente sublime, no puedes dejar de disfrutar cada segundo de esta serie, sus personajes están bien construidos y no hace falta conocerlos mucho para dejarnos absorber por ellos, de verdad recomiendo mucho este anime.

This anime is in my top 3 favorite anime to date, as it contains many things that I like to see in a series. Talking about its plot is confusing because its plot is messy, it doesn't have a single protagonist and besides, you have to see it to understand it. In short, it is set in the decade of the 20s, in which it talks about a train where alchemists were traveling and different bloody crimes occurred, these alchemists can obtain the knowledge of other alchemists who are about to die just by touching their head, absorbing the information, forming a great chain that will only leave one survivor and will start another series of events, everything happens in 13 episodes. This whole plot is incredibly sublime, you can't stop enjoying every second of this series, its characters are well built and you don't need to know them much to be absorbed by them, I really recommend this anime.
