Why did I do it?
I made this drawing since I recently made the first hokage so I consider that it was necessary for me to draw the second.
Why the Tobirama Senju?
I chose this character since he seems to me a great character and with a prodigious ability to create jutsus, since he was the creator of forbidden jutsus such as Edo Tensei, Tobirama was the younger brother of the first Hokage who after his death took the position as Hokage of the village, swearing to protect it with his life if necessary, Tobirama was raised in a period of clan wars and grew up with death by his side as his brothers were killed by those of the enemy clan which was the Uchiha clan, with whom they had disputes over territory, thanks to this Tobirama realized the mental disorders that the Uchihas could develop when they suffered a loss, thus causing their minds to become corrupted and they let themselves be carried away by what he called the Uchiha evil, Tobira was the best Hokage in the village since he created the exams and the academy for the new shinobi, in addition to this he invited other villages to participate to measure their potential m In addition to this, I created the military police and gave them to the uchihas so that they felt they had control and thus could supervise them and prevent them from revealing themselves, giving them the just and necessary power to make them feel part of the village, to finish You can say that Tobirama was the best Hokage in the village and that he led it through economic prosperity at the time when he ruled.

This drawing took me 3 hours and the most difficult thing was to give the shadow effects to the drawing, although it is relatively easy since I practice so that each time it becomes difficult.
