Greetings!
Being a teenager who loves games is probably today's norm. Most of today's teen know a game or two because of their access to mobile devices which makes it easy to install some games and then if you get bored you uninstall it and then find another game. In the case of "Konosuba - God's blessing on this wonderful world!" I never expected to see some aspects of games being used as part of the screenplay which is a clever idea to add spice to the anime.
Warning: Spoilers ahead
Plot
"Konosuba - God's blessing on this wonderful world!" tells the story of a teen boy who was introduced as a gamer and died saving a self-proclaimed goddess. After he dies he finds himself talking to a goddess who offers him to choose between heaven and reincarnation. He chose reincarnation and became a hero in the world where he was reincarnated.
Borrowing from games
I like it when "Konosuba - God's blessing on this wonderful world!" adds some aspects of games and in the case of the protagonist Kazuma Satou I never expected that this episode's plot is heavily based on games, especially the "RPG" games. Kazuma Satou can be seen saying "RPG" multiple times in this episode.
Cute and neat female characters
Most of the time I am always looking forward to the style of animation while I am watching. In the case of "KONOSUBA - God's blessing on this wonderful world!" I noticed that some of the female characters are cute and neatly animated especially their hair (the detail is heavy but still looked cute and neat).
Funny dialogue and acting
I think the aspects of anime that I am always drawn to are the dialogue and the acting. When the dialogue is funny and then it combines with hilarious acting they easily hook me up and "KONOSUBA - God's blessing on this wonderful world!" has a lot of them on this first episode.
Conclusion
All in all "KONOSUBA - God's blessing on this wonderful world! (S1 E1)" is an exciting, fun, hilarious, and entertaining episode. It has a lively vibe that can make you awake just by watching. The creator/s' borrowing from aspects of games is a clever idea that adds appeal to this episode which I think anyone who is going to watch this episode will make them instantly like it.
That is all for now guys, catch you up with the next one. Wishing you all safety, good health, and abundance.
