Hello everyone. Well, before I write about my proposal for the Hive JA community, I would like to thank go-kyo for setting up the Hive JA community and I really appreciate the fact that you are running the community while doing other work and family things.
Thanks to you, my average remuneration is increasing and my motivation is sustaining.
I think the same is true for the other members.
So I don't have a lot of special suggestions, but I think we could use a few more members. In particular, I think it would be good to have a few more active members who post blogs and vote frequently.
For this purpose, I think we still need to do more PR activities. For example, we should create a website for Hive JA. It should be a single page, and I would like you to create something that will serve as a gateway to Hive JA. I think it would be good to write a simple description of what Hive does, the features of Hive, and what is necessary to start Hive.
Also, for those who have arrived at Hive but don't know where to start,

There are some videos at eTechHosting. However, they are in English, so it might be a good idea to make one with Japanese subtitles.
For those who still find it difficult, it might be a good idea to have a training session via zoom.

皆さんこんにちは。さて、今回はHive JAコミュニティへの提案ということについて書きますが、その前に、go-kyoさんがHive JAコミュニティを立ち上げて、ほかにお仕事や家庭のことをしながらコミュニティを運営してくださっていることに本当に感謝いたします。
おかげ様で私の平均的な報酬も増えつつありますし、モチベーションが持続しています。
他のメンバーもそうじゃないかなと思います。
ですから特別たくさん提案があるわけではないのですが、もう少しメンバーが増えてもいいかなと思います。特にブログの投稿もvoteもよくするアクティブなメンバーがあと少し増えるとまた賑やかになってよいかなと思います。
そのために、やはりPR活動がまだ必要かなと思います。たとえばHive JAのホームページを作るとか。一枚ものでいいと思いますので、Hive JAへの入口になるようなものを作ってほしいです。内容は簡単に、Hiveはこんなことをする場所とか、Hiveの特徴とか、Hiveを始めるのに必要なもの（こと）とかを書いたらいいと思います。
あと、Hiveにたどり着いてみたもののどこからどうすればわからないという人のために、
動画による解説もあるみたいです。

の中に何本か動画があるようです。ただし英語なので、日本語字幕つきのを作ってもいいかもしれませんね。
それでも難しいという人のために、zoomで講習会をするというのもいいかもしれません。
