An introduction into the Liberty community

I may be right to say I'm no longer new on hive, but that's different when engaging with a new community, a community that present freedom right in my doorstep (blog-step), oh! Who doesn't like liberty. I'm David wisdom abbreviated as dwixer(my blog name), a Nigerian; patriotic citizen and a graduate in health information management, currently waiting to serve my dear country. I was groom to become a blogger after joining hive August last year and I'm loving the man I have become, I blog on few genre, the most is on writing and making collages while I do a little on other genres.

I love listening to music, somehow it helps me relax when I'm stressed or need to focus. Aside listening to music, I engage in reading books which helps me connect from the explicit perspective of various authors therefore adding to knowledge. I was born in the North-central part of Nigeria, in a rural settlement where farming is their major occupation, though such culture is being altered by space and time. I'm the 2nd child in the family of Mr. Wisdom among 7 children, 6 males and a female and a loving mother who had been the backbone of the family.

I came across this community through a random search, @whylibertarian made a post announcing the hive giveaway for the month of May, but that wasn't what drew my attention, it was the community name "liberty". I was inquisitive to know why the community chose liberty, doesn't everyone love liberty?, Alright we do, I was in search of that freedom but wasn't sure which freedom was guaranteed, the first thought was finance and somehow my guess came true. Liberty differ depending on individuals, but where there is freedom, some level of peace is guaranteed. What about taking off the burden off my mum then I become the breadwinner, or no longer a slave limited in thoughts of what I can do or becoming who I had imagined to become- all the mentioned are some freedom to enjoy.

I love writing because it helps me share my thoughts in a chain called blog being an introvert, I love liberty because it makes me have that feeling of security, to be who I want to become without an empose law that sets one in bondage. I may be right to say all our pursuit in life all ends with the goal of been free from whatever an individual consider to be his challenge. I hope to have that glimpse of freedom here.

I'm currently unemployed so I give much time to blogging on hive and sometimes I do daily work that pay wages. I am a lover of freedom and anything related to it, I hate to see the poor oppressed, or some group of persons exercising authority over the weak in my country. I don't believe that's how life is designed to be, our creator must have wanted us all to live in a world that's free from oppression, a world where a poor man's word is also considered, social platform like hive is a medium to also express our grievance, who knows a help may just be by the corner.
