I will use this opportunity to say thanks once again to @whylibertarian and others who are supporting to see the growth of this liberty community in advancing liberty globally through campaigns and post from other communities.

How can I improve liberty in my community?
Liberty in my on words is an act of free self will and having positivity effect on self and people without interfering into someone liberty.
In my short words and Understanding there is no liberty without self and self to many gives birth to a community. Our problems come deep from our heart desires and how we lack understanding of who we are, what we want and who we want to be and it is called self slavery. People might treat you right or wrong and go away but with the knowledge and understand of yourself( like and dislike, rules guiding your thoughts, beliefs) community rules and regulations called constitution, freedom of speech, freedom to act and things you agree or disagree with you will have your full liberty.
Our legislatures, judiciary's and executive agree to a constitution that was written with no many good citizens in mind and constructed to constrain the poor citizens thinking, reasoning and way of life in NIGERIA. We are guided by few rich and powered authority's through laws and orders empossed on its citizen to protect there political interest. The penalty of a cybercrime(Computer thief) in Nigeria is ten times a political leaders penalty in the Constitution and most of the 2010 review of the Constitution was not on pounded issues affecting the citizen which shows Nigerian citizens liberty are not assured in any way rather we are like flocks without a good Shepherd.
First thing I see that will improve liberty is awaken out souls to define who we are and not what they defined us to be. We don't need to leave like ghost, working and walking towards our shadows but to light our soul in knowledge and wisdom of our daily lives, our private time, learning communication and understanding the guides that keep the community together with the ability to fight for freedom that is against your will.
Note: Liberty those not mean free from rules as we can see even if there are no external restriction against our will then we ourselves live by rules set to guide us what to do, when we want to sleep, what we want to eat, kind of woman we desired to spend the rest of our lives with, observing our manners, setting working hours, reading hours, recreational time and many more we set limit to our self. I have warned myself several times never to go beyond my limits like clamping a tall tree, trusting someone so easily, falling in love at first sight.
Secondly I will improve liberty by knowing individual common interest and differences in my community and working on the difference to achieve self will (freedom). When you have a Constitution that was written with every good citizen in mind will have 80% citizen in good behavior and acting on there self will that agree to that of the Constitution.
I will also improve liberty through educating people to know the important of having liberty in primary school, secondary, tertiary institutions and making forums and seminars to know your right.
Engaging the citizens on a life monthly talk show with mr President and his cabinet in law making and observing 5 years Constitution review as technology is overwhelming the world so do our constitution need reviews. If it's written never to buy metal outside a country and there is a need to buy may be best metal in Africa that will serve a company well which has the highest revenue and tax in the country then the Constitution must be reviewed.
Globally we need to respect each others currency and find a means of buying and selling with a currency in another mans land. I was thought in primary five(5) year 2004 that dollar is 125 but now dollar is about 400 and above. I don't have liberty to send someone my currency at abroad in bank till I change it to dollars. I wish everyone could have the liberty to buy and sell with your country's currency when you travel out since we all know the equivalent of every penny worth or when converted.
I will promote individual freedom of movement and having equal rights of life, ownership, education and worship when a foreigner come into Nigeria. No segregation of school fees, ownerships restriction and place to worship.
Lastly I will improve liberty by telling people to avoid been selfishness and never let your LIBERTY AFFECTS OTHER PEOPLE'S LIBERTY.
