In my case, I support this self-observation with the tool of photography, which through self-portrait exercises helps me to see that intimate reflection that many times we do not want to see or it is hard to see, it sounds simple but seeing yourself through photography is very revealing, it works very well for me.
Una de las primeras consideraciones para iniciar el auto reconocimiento, es practicar la auto observación, pues de esta manera validamos nuestras acciones, nuestras conductas, nuestro sentir, es un gran punto de partida. En mi caso esa auto observación la apoyo con la herramienta de la fotografía, la cual a través de ejercicios de autorretratos me ayudan a ver ese reflejo tan íntimo que muchas veces no queremos ver o cuesta ver, suena sencillo pero verse a través de la fotografía resulta muy revelador, a mí me funciona mucho.
