The weaving has become a metaphor for the life of men.
In this wall painting made always with acrylic colors, of cm 200 by 300, it depictis a historical scene of women at work. The women are working on the fabric with the threads, as they used to do, they are embroidering linen for theyr wedding.
La tessitura è diventata metafora della vita degli uomini.
In questo dipinto murale realizzato sempre con colori acrilici, di cm 200 x 300, è raffigurata una scena storica di donne al lavoro. Le donne stanno lavorando alla stoffa con i fili, come una volta, ricamano la biancheria per il loro matrimonio.
Before I made several drawings studying the popular tradition, then I made this mural painting for a duble bedroom in a ancien country house, and I think those walls have already seen this scene in the past.
Prima ho realizzato diversi disegni studiando la tradizione popolare, poi ho realizzato questo murale per una camera doppia in un'antica casa di campagna, e credo che quelle pareti abbiano già visto questa scena in passato.

Sono le nostre tradizioni del secolo scorso, ora è tutto diverso, la nostra vita è completamente cambiata, ma, a me piace riscoprire gli usi e costumi del passato, forse con un po' di malinconia, e mi chiedo, si viveva meglio quando tutto era più semplice? Non lo so.
