This is a famous postion adopted by all cats lovers 😁. So cute, so furry, you cannot help yourself to grab tem and give'em a kiss. Strangely we all aim at yhe back of the head for that, I guess it could be too risky to face them fromthe front (they are cats and somtimes unpredictable).
So yes, I love my cat. I am not a fan of all cats, but mine is just great for me. I have to say that since covid...she became really fat for no apparent reason. From about 10 to...22 pounds. It is a big kitty now, you feel it when you pick her up 😅
Some car's fur feel rough, but hers feels like a chinchilla. We believe that she is a Russian Gray mixed, they look almost exactly the same with her green eyes. But we will never know, was given to us by neighbors who got her from a church...(how did it get there, who knows).
So this was an easy inspiration for today, all it took is a meow and tada 😁. I did the basic sketch using a 4H pencil to add more details after using darker ones, all the way to 6b. I like to add watercolors ti finish it up, it gives it charms with the pastel colors.
