2 years ago I had to work for a mini commission, mainly for a book cover. I'd like to share the link to the book, but it's still unpublished. So in this case i will share this curious paint process.

I worked with grisaille and my favorite program of all: Paint tool sai. I know it's very basic, but that's why I love it so much.

Hace 2 años tuve que trabajar para un mini encargo, principalmente para la portada de un libro. Me gustaría compartir el enlace del libro, pero aún sigue sin publicarse. Así que en este caso compartiré el proceso para pintarla.

Trabaje con grisalla y mi programa mas favorito de todos: Paint tool sai. Se que es muy basico, pero por eso es que me encanta.

It was part of a trilogy in which I participated. The theme is curious: the first one was a girl with a poker chip and blood on her lips, the second one a wolf with a blood and a half-eaten chip, and in this one a man with lipstick wanting to be half sensual... what is the work about? 😆

Fue parte de una trilogía en la cual participe. La temática es curiosa: la primera fue de una chica son un chip de poker y sangre en los labios, la segunda un lobo con un sangre y un chip medio comido, y en esta un hombre con lápiz labial queriendo ser medio sensual... de que trata la obra? 😆

Process/Proceso:

I really enjoyed working on this commission, as I don't always have the opportunity to practice the anatomy of the male face.

Me gusto mucho trabajar en esta comisión, ya que no siempre tengo la oportunidad de practicar la anatomía del rostro masculino.

The Sketch as often for me comes first, and here a difference between the male and female face can be given by the straighter and squarer strokes. Easier to identify them in this case.

El Sketch como muchas veces es lo primero, una diferencia entre el rostro masculino y femenino puede darse por los trazos mas rectos y cuadrados. Mas fácil para identificarlos en este caso.

What a beautiful smile 😍, at this point I won't deny it. I liked by far the expression I gave it. For the pocker chip I found the filters that Paint tool sai provides very useful; the good thing about filters like "multiply" and "shine" is that it takes into account the tones before it, darkening or lightening almost all of them equally.

Que sonrisa más bella 😍, a este punto no lo negare. Si me gusto por mucho es expresión que le di. Para el chip de pocker me sirvió mucho los filtros que Paint tool sai brinda; lo bueno de filtros como "multiplicar" y "brillo" es que toma en cuenta los tonos anterior a este, oscureciendo o aclarando a casi todos por igual.

The good thing about being a black and white paint is that it would take less time to complete. After finishing the grisaille I created a folder where I placed the layers to paint the mouth.

Lo bueno de ser un trabajo en blanco y negro, es que tomaría menos en tiempo en completarse. Al haber terminado la grisalla cree una carpeta donde coloque los layers para la pintura de la boca.

For me it looks very sensual . No idea what this context would be 😂, I received instructions and I just followed them. I'd like to know your thoughts on what you think it could be about.

Yo digo que se ve muy sensual. Ni idea de cual seria este contexto, recibí instrucciones y yo solo las acato. Me gustaría saber sus ideas de que creen que podría tratarse.
