Hi guys, I hope you are doing well and with lots of encouragement to continue working on our talents, I feel great and happy because I recently finished a new character which I called Vincent, the truth is that I'm really enjoying this process of creating new faces and new personalities, I hope you like this process.
This time I had the idea that it should be masculine, so in the sketch I started with a wide face and pronounced chin, then I fixed a calm but serious look with a discreet smile to give it a sociable personality.
Then I started to color the skin with a clear whole, I also removed some lines from the sketch that were no longer necessary to better visualize the drawing at all times, especially when shading.
followed by outlining the hair area and some parts of the face to mark the deeper expression lines, like the chin and nose 👃.
As you can see in the image, I took the tone of the first layer and darkened it a little to mark the points where the skin is darker because of the depth and dimensions.
At this point I admit that I still had no idea what color the hair and flannel were going to be, so I left them for later to focus on the shadows of the neck and face, I added a third tone and put them aside with the other to have it at hand when it was necessary to use them, I also took advantage and removed the lines of the sketch as they were not necessary.
After defining the position of the shadows, I added a 4th skin tone to give more quality to the image and define even better the proportions and I also started to focus more on the electos of the face itself, such as the eyes, nose and mouth, giving a better shape to all the elements so that they had harmony with the shape of the face.
With all the shades of shadows and highlights in place, I felt more at ease to think about the hair and the flannel, which I had already imagined, the dark brown color and the green flannel.
At this point the work is not so complicated, after fixing the shades of hair and clothes in place, I proceeded to fix the last details on the face that are almost invisible but are very important, finally a background to give contrast and highlight Vincent.

Hola chicos, espero quebse encuentren muy bien y con muchos ánimos de seguir trabajando en nuestros talentos, yo me siento excelente y feliz porque hace poco terminé a un nuevo personaje el cual llamé Vincent, la verdad es que me está gustando mucho ésto de crear nuevos rostros y nuevas personalidades, espero que les guste éste proceso.
En esta oportunidad tuve la idea de que fuera masculino, asà que en el boceto comencé con un rostro ancho y barbilla pronunciada, luego fijé una mirada tranquila pero seria con una sonrisa discreta para darle una personalidad sociable.
Después comencé a colorear la piel con un todo claro, también eliminé algunas lÃneas del boceto que ya no eran necesarias para visualizar mejor el dibujo en todo momento, sobre todo al sombrear.
seguido de eso, hice un delineado en el área del cabello y algunas partes del rostro para marcar las lÃneas de expresión más profundas, como la barbilla y la nariz 👃.
Como se puede observar en la imagen, tome que tono de lamprimera capa y lo oscurecà un poco para marcar los puntos en los que la piel es más oscura por la profundidad y las dimensiones.
En este punto admito que aún no tenÃa idea de que color iba a tener el cabello ni la franela, asà que, los dejé para después y asà poder enfocarme de una vez en las sombras del cuello y la cara, agregue un tercer tono y los puse a un lado junto con el otro para tenerlo a la mano a la hora de que fuera necesario usarlos, tambien aproveche y quite las lÃneas del boceto ya que no eran necesarias.
Después de definir las posición de las sombras, agregue un 4to tono de piel para darle más calidad a la imagen y definir aún mejor las proporciones y también comencé a enfocarme más más los electos de la cara en sÃ, como los ojos la nariz y la boca, dándole una mejor forma a todos los elementos de manera que tuvieran armonÃa con la forma del rostro.
Ya con todos los tonos de sombras y luces en su sitio, me sentà más tranquilo para pensar en el cabello y la franela, los cuales ya me los habÃa imaginado, el color de castaño oscuro y la franela verde.
En el tono del cabello utilice 3 tonos y en la franela igual, en este punto ya el trabajo no es tan complicado, después de fijar los tonos del cabello y ropa en su sitio, procedà a arreglar los últimos detalles en el rostro que son casi invisibles pero si son muy importantes, por último un fondo para dar contraste y resaltar a Vincent.
