[ESP/ENG] El ecosistema hive cómo una alternativa a la oscuridad/ The hive ecosystem as an alternative to darkness
Hola amigos del maravilloso multiverso de hive en la web3.
Estás últimas semanas han sido bastante difíciles para mí, y sobre todo para mi compañera de vida, el equipo de #lacasitahive y la gente que me rodea en nuestro humilde hogar.
Después del pequeño accidente doméstico que tuve hace unas semanas, me ha tocado permanecer en reposo absoluto, bajo un tratamiento médico muy fuerte y agresivo, esto me ha impedido realizar algunas actividades básicas para un creador de contenidos, como cantar o escribir en mi blog, o en la comunidad #lacasitahive, de la cual trató de ser moderador.
También hemos tenido que detener las actividades en la casita hive, ya que a lo interno, consideramos que no es el mejor momento para las actividades que veníamos desarrollando en el estado, y ante la imposibilidad, (por ahora), de continuar con las charlas, estaremos desarrollando algunas actividades a distancia con los usuarios que humildemente hemos sumado al ecosistema evitando así que estos abandonen o pierdan el ritmo que llevaban hasta ahora.
Pero más allá de todo esto también estuvimos muy atentos a algunos debates que se dieron en estos días pasados, sobre el estatus actual de nuestro ecosistema, y también sobre una propuesta que anda rondando por allí, que se refiere a la eliminación o traslado a la segunda capa, de la piscina de recompensas, un tema bastante escabroso y que al no haber una propuesta formal debidamente formulada, no nos parece oportuno emitir opinión alguna sobre esto.
Sin embargo, de estos días en esta especie de retiro espiritual, podemos sacar algunas conclusiones sobre algunos temas que no podemos dejar pasar.
Ponemos por ejemplo el haber intentado ver el Grammy latino, (digo intentado porqué no lo soporte), y luego la portada de la revista Forbes, que declara a Bad Bunny como el nuevo "Rey del Pop", las nuevas tendencias en las redes sociales en la web2, y algunas plataformas como Tik Tok y YouTube, que nos van marcando un escenario bastante lamentable, por decir lo menos, del futuro de la sociedad y las redes sociales que se vislumbran hacia un futuro cercano y espeluznante de sarcasmo e incultura generalizada.
Todo esto nos lleva de vuelta al ecosistema hive, y sus redes sociales, como una alternativa real a toda esta basura de las "tendencias" en la web2, en lo personal nuestro ecosistema emerge ante todo este escenario como un oasis, o un escape a estás realidades, con sus creadores de contenido original, de calidad, y con un propósito real, en contrapeso a este lamentable escenario que nos plantea la Mass Media.
En #lacasitahive entendemos que hive es el futuro, nuestro ecosistema debe imponerse como una alternativa real y un escape a esta lamentable realidad de la decadencia en las redes sociales en web 2 y sus consecuencias en la sociedad actual.
Es por eso que hoy más que nunca debemos impulsar el crecimiento de nuestro ecosistema, ya que un ecosistema que no crece, está irremediablemente condenado a desaparecer, por decir lo menos, y para crecer, seguimos creyendo en la masificación, lo que implica cambiar las condiciones actuales dentro de nuestro rinconcito en la web3.
Mientras tanto nosotros seguiremos insistiendo en que más allá de la importancia que puede tener x o y proyecto en el ecosistema mismo, si no crecemos como un solo organismo, compacto e integral, no tendrán sentido alguno, proyectos aislados y mucho menos proyectos personales, por más éxito que aseguren tener, ya que en la práctica, los resultados y peor que eso, los números, dicen más que cualquier campaña de marketing exitosa.

These last few weeks have been quite difficult for me, and especially for my life partner, the #lacasitahive team and the people around me in our humble home.
After the small domestic accident I had a few weeks ago, I have had to remain in absolute rest, under a very strong and aggressive medical treatment, this has prevented me from doing some basic activities for a content creator, such as singing or writing in my blog, or in the #lacasitahive community, of which I tried to be a moderator.
We have also had to stop the activities in the hive house, since internally, we consider that it is not the best time for the activities that we have been developing in the state, and given the impossibility (for now) of continuing with the talks, we will be developing some remote activities with the users that we have humbly added to the ecosystem, thus preventing them from abandoning or losing the rhythm that they have been carrying out until now.
But beyond all this, we were also very attentive to some debates that took place in recent days on the current status of our ecosystem, and also on a proposal that has been floating around, which refers to the elimination or transfer to the second layer of the reward pool, a rather tricky issue and which, in the absence of a formal proposal duly formulated, we do not think it appropriate to express an opinion on it.
However, from these days in this kind of spiritual retreat, we can draw some conclusions on some issues that we cannot overlook.
For example, having tried to watch the Latin Grammy, (I say tried because I couldn't stand it), and then the cover of Forbes magazine, which declares Bad Bunny as the new "King of Pop", the new trends in social networks on the web2, and some platforms such as Tik Tok and YouTube, which give us a rather pitiful scenario, to say the least, of the future of society and social networks that are glimpsed towards a near and frightening future of sarcasm and generalised unculture.
All this brings us back to the hive ecosystem, and its social networks, as a real alternative to all this rubbish of "trends" on the web2. Personally, our ecosystem emerges before all this scenario as an oasis, or an escape from these realities, with its creators of original content, of quality, and with a real purpose, as a counterweight to this lamentable scenario that the Mass Media presents us with.
At #lacasitahive we understand that hive is the future, our ecosystem must impose itself as a real alternative and an escape from this unfortunate reality of the decadence of web 2 social networks and its consequences in today's society.
That is why today more than ever we must promote the growth of our ecosystem, since an ecosystem that does not grow is irremediably condemned to disappear, to say the least, and to grow, we continue to believe in massification, which implies changing the current conditions within our little corner of the web3.
Meanwhile, we will continue to insist that beyond the importance that x or y project may have in the ecosystem itself, if we do not grow as a single, compact and integral organism, isolated projects will not make any sense, much less personal projects, no matter how successful they claim to be, since in practice, the results, and worse than that, the numbers, say more than any successful marketing campaign.
