Pozdrav dragi prijatelji, nije me bilo neko vreme, puno se radilo. A kad se neradi ja volim da odem sa porodicom u "Etno Kuću Dinar". Danas vas vodim u svoje omiljeno mesto u svome gradu Vrscu.

"Etno Kuca Dinar" je restoran tradicionalne Srpske kuhinje. Osnovan je 2010 godine. U početku skroman da bi se godinu po godinu širio, rastao i sada je najbolji restoran u gradu, dobitnik i medjunarodnih priznanja.

"Ethno Kuca Dinar" is a restaurant of traditional Serbian cuisine. It was founded in 2010. In the beginning, it was modest, but year by year it expanded and grew, and now it is the best restaurant in the city, winner of international awards.

Zašto volim da dolazim ovde? Ovde sam kao kod kuće, neke druge stare zaboravljene u vremenu. Enterijer je godinama uredjivan skupljajući stare stvari iz naših sela. Tradicionalno Srpsko gostoprimstvo, i hrana spremana na ćumur, i domaće vino iz Vršačkog vinogorja.

Ja i moja porodica najviše volimo "Teletinu ispod sača". "Sače" je glinena posuda u kojoj se spremaju razna jela. To je tradicionalna posuda iz davnina i moze se koristiti svuda, a najlepse je na cumur. Mlada teletina sa krompirom i puno raznog povrća koja se pece u sače na cumur. Fantazija,i da domace vino.
Posle tolike hrane i vina dobro je prosetati do sledeće srede i setnje.
