WEDNESDAY WALK: PIECES OF THE ANCIENT CITY

This week my Wednesday Walk is devoted to fine pieces of my city.
Do you like walking meditation? It's a kind of relaxation and turning your attention to the moment of Now, and at the same time you're not sitting, you're walking along streets or nature.

I like such approach to meditation when you are free to do what you want, it's not obligatory just to keep a yoga posture and stay moveless. If walking can help you go dep inside yourself, you're welcome to do it, and making your mind pay attention to what you see around you right now, can bring you inner piece very fast.

That's why I like to walk, keep silent and just stare around, and my eyes always see some amazing moments or places even if they are absolutely ordinary ones.

Now I'll show you some great pieces of my city that were a part of my Wednesday's walk this time.
