Apparently, all popular standardized (corporate) VPN protocols are blocked. For all VPN protocols, except for L2TP, protocol discovery is first performed, then protocol “checking” (answer check or monitoring of several packets in a TCP / UDP session), then the session is terminated (TCP) or traffic is blocked from passing through the srcip-srcport bundle -dstip-dstport (UDP)
I downloaded the seventh VPN and, although at a slow speed, it works!
