I had another wonderful day. I had risen early because we needed to embark before the sunrise. Together with my hubby and RM, we went to the city for the renewal of my Teacher's License. I was exhausted on our trip because of the different stopovers that we had. It was a half-day stroll before accomplishing the task.
Walking along the coastal area can be a good stress reliever for a preoccupied mind. I usually do this when anxiety attacks. Upon going home, I asked my husband I needed to work out the dizziness that I felt through a quick walk along the seaside. I suggested taking a break and having our early dinner at Carmen, Cebu. I like to eat at their barbecue section as this is situated at the seaside.
Upon entering their grilling section, we were enticed by the colorful surroundings, the flaglets, street foods seen on every corner, the various rides and the stalls displaying different usable and edible products that are captivating.
My mind was gradually relaxed to have seen the lush green that surrounded the entire area. I like the street stalls, the cleanliness of the area, and the setup. Their outside dining area will be popular with the people because their products are cheaper and they are also delicious.
People from different places flocked here, waiting for the nighttime. It is more alive during the night as the operation of the rides will be done in the evening. It is this time that there is calmness and not too much distraction. I have spotted some men having a good time by singing videos that are truly liked by Filipinos.
We have eaten our orders after our short walk and planned to continue exploring the place after eating and be mesmerized. These simple foods satisfy our hunger.
We headed to the frontal part of their sports complex. I was having fun watching the locals doing an afternoon walk and jogs with their pets, friends and families. It was an inspiring physical activity with the loved ones.
We saw massage therapists and when we approached them, the aromatic smell greeted us suddenly. This scent is relaxing to our feelings.
I have explored their area and found many stalls that are waiting for us in solitude. It is situated along the sea coast. I stayed there for 10 minutes, took a deep breath, and was relaxed again. The place is far from car noises and truly there is relaxation here.
On the other side of the road, we ordered sweet corn mixed with condensed milk and cheese. This is yummy and nutritious. I introduced this food to RM and for the first time she had tasted it.
Many delicious foods are lined up on the side of the road. All of them caught our interest. We ordered twisted potatoes and have tasted them for the first time too. Trust me, its taste is great. It is not oily and I love it until the bite. So yummy too.
We took a quick walk along their coastal area. The Seabreeze soothed my senses and I felt comfortable right away. I loved how I captured the orange sky, reflecting its light to the ocean water. I was amazed at how I did it. The astonishment that I had helped me relieve the dizziness that I felt. I was overwhelmed with this experience.
I was keen to discover what else does this municipality offers that is entertaining and worth it. The magical view of their diverse coastline is truly amazing. My mind was exploring beyond the horizon upon watching their magnificent waterside views.
This extraordinary walk was beneficial to our health. This simple and incredible act contributed a positive outlook to our whole being that will truly be instilled in the heart and in the mind of our child.
We went home happily and fulfilled.
