Wednesday walk - big eggs around the temple

This walk happened on Wednesday, but 2 weeks ago. It happened at evening, so I didn't have time to post that day, and next Wednesday I was home, and honestly forgot about it. But here it is. I was going downtown to buy my mom something, but before I reached my goal destination, I left the bus on the station that was nearby Saint Sava temple. I wanted to take some photos of flowers that I saw there before.

As I was taking those photos, I noticed big colored eggs more toward the temple. This happened between Catholic and Orthodox Easter. I decided to go there and see it in close. There were many eggs decorated by different companies (their names were written on the table in front of the eggs.

I am not sure what the actual event was and when it happened, but eggs were decorated so nicely and it looked colorful and pretty in front of the temple. There were many kids and people around, taking photos and looking around. Beside eggs, there was other decoration and display, Easter themed.

Since I was already outside for a while, and enjoyed the weather and setting sun, I decided to walk to my destination and not to take bus for few more stations. It was not planned, but very pleasant Wednesday walk so I decided to use this photos as my entry for #wednesdaywalk challenge by @tattoodjay

I know I posted so much about Easter already, but this is my last post about Easter, for this year, I promise :D

All photos are taken using Nokia 7 plus phone, and edited with Snapseed application.
