Abran notado mi poca participación en la plataforma y la falta de publicaciones, eso se debe a que no me he sentido muy bien en estos días, el malestar del ¨nervio¨¨ciático¨ no mejora a pesar de haber incrementado mi visita a la ¨fisioterapeuta¨. La profesional no encuentra el motivo del porque las vértebras se vuelven a desacomodar después de cada sesión, es lo que esta causando la ¨inflación¨ del ¨nervio¨ y la consecuencia del malestar. En estos últimos días intensificamos la administración del hielo en la zona lumbar, con un intervalo de una hora estoy colocándome sobre el ¨nervio¨ un gel congelado, eso debería ayudar a las sesiones terapéutica a disminuir la inflamación del ¨nervio¨. Una terapia que esta insumiendo mucho tiempo y el poco recurso económico

Cuando las temperaturas son muy altas, los trasformadores toman temperaturas muy elevadas, y sumado a la falta de mantenimiento del tendido eléctrico, la energía colapsa, otro motivo que no me ha dejado publicar los últimos dos días. Hoy las temperaturas son muy elevadas, por eso decidí salir a caminar temprano antes de que el sol este en su máxima expresión. Como de costumbre opte por caminar en un entorno natural, allí las altas temperaturas no se perciben por estar a la sombra de los frondosos árboles. Caminar por estos senderos sombreados refresca mi cuerpo, lo que hace que mi mente se concentre solo en el hermoso sonido natural del ambiente, no hay nada más saludable que caminar en un entorno natural disfrutando del trinar de las aves
