Spasskaya Street in Kirov is one of the oldest streets. There are practically no new-made buildings on this street, almost all the houses are of pre-revolutionary origin, i.e. they were built before 1917. A special place is occupied by Spasskaya Square. This is a small part of the street, which locals consider to be a small Moscow Arbat. This section is not accessible to cars and there are proposals from deputies of the City Duma to make the entire street pedestrian.
Улица Спасская в Кирове одна из самых старинных улиц. На этой улице практически нет зданий-новоделов Практически все дома имеют дореволюционное происхождение, т.е. построены до 1917 года. Особое место занимает спасская площадь. Это небольшая часть улицы, которую местные жители считают маленьким московским Арбатом. Этот участок не доступен для автомобилей и есть предложения от депутатов городской Думы сделать всю улицу пешеходной.
This small section of Spasskaya Street is very popular with tourists and residents of the city. There are several museums, art objects and ancient buildings located here at once. In the center of the street there is a composition with a young lady and a gentleman under the clock, which shows the real time and notifies with a sound signal about the onset of a new hour.
Этот небольшой участок улицы Спасской очень любят посещать туристы и жители города. Здесь расположены сразу несколько музеев, арт-объекты и старинные здания. В центре улицы стоит композиция с барышней и кавалером под часами, которые показывают реальное время и извещают звуковым сигналом о наступлении нового часа.

Я пробовал ходить здесь в это же время около 2 месяцев назад. Но при солнце фото были совсем не такие.
