Hi Hivians,

As usual, I spent the better part of my weekend with wife and two kids. From my perspective, it's important to create time for the family regardless of our schedule. Fatherhood and motherhood comes with a great responsibility that cannot be ignored.

My 1 month old daughter was not feeling fine, she was so restless to the point of staying awake for 30 hours without closing her eyes. We gave her first aid medication as was directed previously by the pediatrician and prepared to take her to the clinic afterwards.

Few minutes after administering the medications, she slept off, we discovered that the fever and every other medical stress stopped. This brought relief and calmed my worries lol.

Surprisingly, when she woke up, it was as though something charged her strength. Once she hears my voice, she'll start moving her hands desring that I carry her. The level of her intelligence at this stage of life amazes me.

After all, I was able to attend Church to join other saints in praises, worship and service to the Almighty God, the giver of life, I thank God for keeping us alive and making us thrive in all our endeavour.

My final words in this post: Always think of making the world a better place for all. Ignore the crisis going on around the world. Play your part to make a difference with the little strength and resources you have.

Wherever you find yourself, and it is within your power, put a smile on someone's face, you will be rewarded when you least expected it. Take time to pray for those that are in need, especially the sick and oppressed.

As we live and thrive, let's think of how we can help others around us experience the same.

Thanks for reading.

Peace and love to you all
