I'm grateful to be alive and to have great fun this weekend.
Here in Nigeria, there's a popular saying, Saturdays are for weddings and today was not an exception. For it is written in the Bible that a man and a woman shall leave their parents and be together as one.
Today, I had the pleasure of serving as a bridesmaid for my friends wedding, Beauty as she said yes I do to the love of her life.
It was a beautiful and a happy day for the couple as smiles radiated all over their faces. Friends and family all turned up to celebrate with her and I wish her happiness all the days of her marriage.
I'm also grateful for the weather which was really fair although there was still dust from the harmattan. Sharing in ones happiness has been something I always do because I know sooner or later I would also be celebrated.
