Every word in that affirmation/prayer/mantra of mine, that I've said for many years now, is completely and totally accurate and true in my experience now. There is no longer any resistance within me when I say it, only a joyfully resonant heart ringing and singing in agreement. That pretty much says it all.
I began my morning ritual up at the Flow House as usual, but since it is Thursday, and we have an NVC community practice meeting on Thursdays, I paused it until that finished around 11AM. Audrey was coming for her session at 1PM, so I had a very focused though enjoyable time doing morning thing. Writing my Index4Index Daily Inspired Motivation: Not All Our Goals Are Meant to Be Reached! post flowed quite easefully and thankfully quickly, so I had it done and published by about 12PM. That gave me an hour to finish my superfood fire coffee and catch up well on Hive before Audrey arrived for her session.

Audrey arrived not too long after 1PM, and we finally began her session about 1:30PM, and finished just after 4PM, so definitely a shorter session than usual for me. I've known and worked with Audrey for years now, so there is a lot of trust and great rapport between us, so a longer session wasn't really necessary in her case. She left very happy, and paid me more than usual too, which was a lovely surprise.
After the session, I was catching up on Hive when Fiona texted me asking if I was planning on macheteing today. I had wanted to do some work on the land after the session, so her text was perfectly timed. We met at Tutu, walked to other side of the large property, to do more clearing work along the second driveway, especially around the young coconut palms planted there. We worked and talked until just before dark.
Fiona had prepared a strong tea of chakruna - Psychotria viridis, the DMT source in the Ayahuasca blend (we have large quantities of both plants growing on the property), under my direction, and asked me if I'd be willing to stay with her while she drank it. I told her that would be happy to hold space for her during her experience. She asked also if we could have a fire up at the Flow House, so while there was a little light left, we went to collect wood from our firewood storage area to bring it up there for the fire later.
Fiona went to Tutu to eat, and I returned to the Flow House to catch up on Hive again until she arrived. I got the fire started, and spent a truly lovely hour or so with Fiona sharing really wonderful, interesting, and engaging conversation as she drank her chakruna tea. Her experience was very gentle, which I expected, and for which I was grateful. Fiona also shared with me that today was her (22nd) birthday, which was a total (and wonderful) surprise for me! I told her how grateful that I was to be able to spend this amazing and beautiful moment with her for her birthday! Such an honor, pleasure, and privilege for me!
After about an hour Fiona left to go do a video call with her family, and then we were both planning to go to Tutu because Brittany had made Fiona a tiramisu cake there. While Fiona had the video call with her family, I started this post, then paused it for a bit to go to Tutu just after 8:30PM. The tiramisu cake was astoundingly good, and I gave Brittany mad props! There was also a large watermelon, which I also thoroughly enjoyed!
After saying 'good night' in Tutu, Fiona and I returned to the Landing, as I was going to blend up a large batch of our homemade raw-cow-milk kefir blended with local raw honey, cinnamon, and cacao. She absolutely loved it, I made sure that she got all the she wanted for her birthday. After she went back to the Mana Hut (the female dorm, where she sleeps), I took my glorious blended kefir deliciousness up to the Flow House to savor, and to continue writing this post.
What an utterly glorious and satisfying day! My life is truly beautiful, and it seems to keep going to new levels of amazingness! I feel almost inexpressibly wonderful, and I have since the very first day that I returned to GaiaYoga just over a month ago.
OK my lovely Hive friends, I'm going to say G'Night to y'all for now and take my leave to go wind down, enjoy my exquisite blended kefir gloriousness, and then get my cute naked tushy into bed!
