Today's lesson being Contentment. Contentment referred to as being satisfied with what one have and be happy with oneself and belongings. It's a great way of life to be adopted as it will improve one's health and wellness. Overburden with worries and anxieties of life can cause stress and depression but being contented, promote health especially mentally as one get to know the limit and maintain one's sanity.

Be contented helps one to know his strength and reduces the weaknesses. With these abilities, one can improve oneself with greatness. Understanding one's power and utilizing it for greatness which does not stress oneself is helpful and advisable. To avoid financial pitfall and simplify lifestyle are advantage of being contented.
