Quite some time ago I published a game called Agar.io, and that was one of the games that grew faster with respect to how new it was, there was simply a huge boom, there were too many players, clans, pro players, and a lot of things more, for me it was a nice time because I met people there and also I played for many hours, although perhaps it was not so well known around the world, here I think it was, and is that vitiate in Agar. io in the wee hours of the morning was epic, feeling like the owner of a server for hours was something indescribable... Since Agar.io was created, obviously there were copies, there were a lot of copies very similar to Agar.io, unfortunately, none of them worked, they all failed, but there were also many .io games that did really well, and Slither.io was a game that stood out from the rest, it was "unique" since there was no other snake game in the list of games. Slither.io was about eating colored dots on the map, which by the way is a pretty huge map, here you can't team up with any user, it's you against the world. The more you grow, the higher you climb in a ranking that the game has, and the idea is to reach the top positions, the truth is that playing it is too easy, we just have to guide our mouse to where we want to go and that's it XD. But the difference is that we are with many more people, and there are about 20 years difference XD. Well, here we also have skins, some free and others that we can buy (the same as in again), and that's it, we can't do much more, here what really matters is the gameplay. Graphically the game is nice, (depends a lot on good internet and a decent PC), it is a very colorful game with clean animations and almost no lag, I like that a lot, the truth is that it leaves a good impression on your eyes. Slither.io is a fun game, but if you play it too often you will end up bored of the same thing, the game modes are the same as always, in fact, there is only 1 game mode XD. So that's it. Fue grande, pero cómo todo, cayó...

Hace bastante tiempo publiqué un juego llamado Agar.io, y ese fue uno de los juegos que más rápido creció con respecto a lo nuevo que era, simplemente hubo un boom inmenso, habían demasiados jugadores, clanes, pro players, y un montón de cosas más, para mi fue una época linda porque conocí gente por allí y también vicié durante muchísimas horas, aunque tal vez no fue tan conocido en todo el mundo, por acá creo que si lo fue, y es que viciar en Agar.io en las madrugadas era épico, sentirte dueño de un servidor por horas era algo indescriptible... Desde que Agar.io se creó, obviamente surgieron las copias, hubo un montón de copias muy parecidas a Agar.io, lastimosamente ninguna servía, todas fracasaban, pero también hubo muchos juegos .io que lo hicieron realmente bien, y Slither.io fue un juego que resaltó de los demás, era "único", ya que no existia un juego de serpientes en la lista de juegos. Mantenía una estilo muy parecido al de Agar.io, comer y crecer, esa era el boom, pero, la diferencia era que tu destreza también importaba, teníamos la posibilidad de hacer sprint con el botón izquierdo del mouse, y lo que más debíamos hacer es aprender a movernos y maniobrar para no chocar con los demás usuarios, ya que sino pues perderíamos... ![image.png](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/gabotask/23sweN7rR3pUm7DXEyD3W2a5foUghzreN6FWtN2g8x47TSAuyHZWfE1VosngEjhPyakqE.png) Un simple juego de navegador que llegó a tener más de 70 millones de usuarios activos al día (sólo en ordenadores, no puedo imaginar cuántos eran si sumábamos la Play Store). Slither.io se trataba de comer puntitos de colores en el mapa, que por cierto es un mapa bastante inmenso, acá no se puede hacer equipo con ningún usuario, eres tú contra el mundo. Mientras más creces, vas escalando en un ranking que el mismo juego tiene, y la idea es llegar a los primeros puestos, la verdad es que jugarlo es demasiado fácil, solo debemos guiar nuestro mouse a donde querramos ir y listo XD. Bueno, también debemos aprender técnicas de cómo matar a los rivales, no es cómo que iremos por ahí y los rivales morirán y ya, no, hubo gente que era demasiado buena en esto. https://i.blogs.es/1e4534/slitherio/1366_2000.png Este juego me recuerda mucho a *Snake*, el juego que venía en todos los teléfonos Nokia de teclas. Pero la diferencia es que estamos con muchas más personas, y existen unos 20 años de diferencia XD. Bueno, acá podemos ser inmensos, literalmente medir demasiado, tanto que ocuparemos gran parte del mapa, e incluso podemos morir con nuestro propio cuerpo en una mala jugada, por eso hay que saber maniobrar y no encerrarnos a nosotros mismos. Creo que ya entendieron un poco de lo que se trata el juego no? Bueno, acá también tenemos skins, algunas gratis y otras que podemos comprar (lo mismo que en agario), y ya, no podemos hacer casi mas, acá lo que realmente importa es la jugabilidad. Gráficamente el juego es lindo, (depende mucho de un buen internet y una PC decente), es un juego muy colorido y con animaciones limpias y sin casi lag, eso me gusta bastante, la verdad es que te deja buena impresión en tu mirada. Ah, casi lo olvido, también podemos cambiar las pieles de nuestras serpientes, hay bastantes tipos también. https://www.laguiadelvaron.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/tumblr_o4up1r3jg31upp723o3_500.gif Es un juego que no necesita una reseña gigante para explicar, pero algo que si me gustaría decir, es que este juego actualmente está muy muerto, perdió casi toda su popularidad, fué un juego de momento, así como Among Us, Agar.io y muchos más, si bien duró más de un año siendo muy popular, poco a poco fué perdiendo gente hasta el punto de preocuparse, el juego aún sigue activo, pero no hay los millones de usuarios cómo antes, tal vez habrán miles, pero millones ya no. Es triste que un juego crezca de una forma tan abrupta y que su desenlace más seguro sea la muerte, no sé porque ocurre, pero no está cool. Slither.io es un juego divertido, pero que si lo juegas muy seguido terminarás aburrido de lo mismo, los modos de juegos es lo de siempre, de hecho, sólo existe 1 modo de juego XD. Así que esto es todo. Probarlo es muy divertido, pero el problema es que no hicieron más nada al respecto con Sliter.io - Sé que es difícil inventar un nuevo modo de juego de un juego que no tiene mucho sentido, pero al menos habían otras cosas que pudieron haber hecho para mantenerlo vivo, no sé, es mi opinión.
