The same people that are criticizing you on how you live your life are the same people who don't even know how much you strive so hard to survive the cruelty of this life, they have no idea of the hard price you paid for that life you are living today. They will just run their mouth base on what they are looking at presently.
What people say about you is simply their opinion, it doesn't stop you from moving forward in life, don't listen to any of their words, block your hear and try to be the best they have ever seen.
