Stop the promise you know you can not fulfill, stop raising people's hope up by telling them you will help them solve their problem when you know you will not do it. Promise is like a debt, it might not mean anything to you but it means a lot to the person you promised. If you make a promise, try to fulfill it because you might be their last hope and they have put their minds on the promise, you don't know how it will hurt if you fail them.
