Today we visited the office for a second round of diagnostics for my daughter. The office was running behind, so we had to wait about 45 minutes before being seen. But we entertained ourselves well with stories and observations. We tell our children "It's good to be bored" since it teaches them to entertain themselves by thinking and prolonging their attention spans.
Certain dietary issues came up last time and we wanted to check them again to pinpoint what foods should be restricted and what remedies should be administered.
The issues were related to blood-sugar and gut, so we begin by reducing processed sugar and dairy from her diet. We also purchased some supplements, including probiotics and support for bladder and lymph nodes. We have another visit scheduled next week to track progress.
We are hopeful that these remedies will be successful long-term for the wellness of my daughter. Although she says she'll miss ice cream! I don't blame her!

Bless the Most High!
