It's a warm autumn day today. It's been a heavy office day again, although I did get out for some groceries. I brought one of my children with me who was ready to go.
In Michigan, when we purchase drinks in aluminum or plastic containers, we pay an extra $0.10 deposit per unit, then return the can for the $0.10 back again. We had 15 cans/bottles, so we got a ticket for $1.50 which is cashed out at the register.
This day zoomed by quickly, but it's not over yet. I'm looking for ways to increase my productivity and cashflow, because we are currently outspending our income, which is never a great thing. We can and should invest in blockchain and cryptos, but we should not (and can not) rely on it as our living wages, at least in the US it's impossible to do this.
