Today has been a restful day, we took things slow and enjoyed the time together as a family. My wife has been keeping up with a certain meeting that we decided not to attend in honor of the Holy day, but we have been praying about it and just as the meeting began, we rejoiced in song and dance!
The joy of the LORD is our strength and the outcome of the meeting far away may have ramification for our family down the road. It's tricky to say exactly how things will turn about, but we're watching this very closely.
The girls got dressed up for this special day and danced while mamma played piano. It was a very happy moment!
What a blessing to stay indoors while it's so cold outside. The warmth of the house isn't just from a furnace, but from the smiles all around the house! By dinner time we learned the meeting went much better than expected, now it's on to whatever is coming next. The joy of the LORD is our strength!
