It began as a cold and rainy December day, but as time went on we looked out the window and saw almost white-out snow. It ended as quickly as it began, but it left a "dusting" of snow over everything.
The children looked out the window, discussing all the fun they were going to have in the snow. Make snowmen, build forts, go sledding. Except all the snow is already melted on the ground. It'll be a few more weeks before it gets cold enough for the snow to stick and accumulate.
What a blessing that our children rejoice at snow and do not dread it. We are warm inside and we do not take that for granted. Bless the Most High!
