Happy Saturday to everyone in the community, I hope you all have a great weekend, today a sunny day in my town with a high of 26ºC.
It's 20 years since the biggest terrorist attack in history and it still continues to provoke terror. Not only among Americans who had to live through the worst tragedy, but the whole of humanity, which on September 11, 2001 realized that no one is safe, that religious extremism can knock at your door.
On that fateful date, the plan that Al-Qaeda had been preparing for years, to inflict maximum pain on the Western world, specifically on the United States as the bastion and representative of all the values they consider ungodly, came to fruition. It was the result of much accumulated hatred.
Hopefully this will never happen again, we are left to honor the victims who lost their lives without even knowing what was going on.
